This policy explains return/refund handling for dealer orders. Final eligibility depends on product condition, packaging, and verification by our team.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
  • Returns are accepted only within the allowed window from invoice date.
  • Electrical/electronic parts may be non-returnable unless received damaged/defective.

Return Process

  1. Contact sales/support with invoice number and item details.
  2. Share photos if the item is damaged/defective.
  3. Once approved, we will share pickup/return instructions.

Refund Method

Approved refunds may be processed as a credit note, replacement, or original payment reversal as applicable for your account.

Shipping Charges

Shipping/handling charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or transit damage.
